function under stress what is really harmful to their health. So how can stress
be reduced?
First of all, employers should take care of their workers. Workers often feel
exhausted and stressed, because employers require too much of them and they are
not able to deal with their duties. Employers should praise workers if they
work hard, give them bonuses and reduce their duties if it is possible. Consequently
workers will believe in themselves and will not feel stressed.
Another
way to reduce stress is creating a place where workers could get relaxed. It
can be a small room with plenty of comfortable armchairs and sofas. Employers
should allow workers to have a break there. Spending a few minutes in this
relaxation room would make workers calm and peaceful.
Alternatively,
employers should let their workers listen to the music at work. For example,
workers can switch a stereo system on and listen to their favourite music or
classical music. This kind of music will reduce stress and even make them more
hard-working and concentrated.

these methods, because stress is really harmful to people’s health.
